Baltimore, MD - May 26, 2007 GMEG, the parent of Obia Soul, Genese Gospel, Pierre Noire Jazz, and Genese South is a mid-sized independent label based out of the Washington, DC and Atlanta, GA areas. We are currently looking for seasoned and raw talent to complement its current roster of artist.

What is Genese Music and why should I audition?

* GMEG has full digital and physical distribution in North America, Europe, Africa, Asia, Australia and Antarctica.
* GMEG have full industry contacts and have worked with some of the largest names in the industry.
* GMEG artist are taught the internal workings of the music industry. Genese takes great lengths to develop its artist prior to producing any project that will be released. Artists are educated on audience expectations, sound production, and legal issues regarding their careers.
How should I come to the audition?

A person who plans to audition should come prepared with their audition piece, and ready to answer questions. Other optional material include demo CDs, videos, and sample song lyrics. All materials will be in sole possession of GMEG for the purposes of further artists review only.
